Privacy Policy
Effective 15 September 2026, updated for iCloud sync.
Graphwright does not collect or transmit any personal data to the developer. This page explains exactly what the app does with information on your device and in your iCloud account.
Data you create
Graphs, node text, edge labels, and ink strokes are stored on your device in the app's private storage. If you are signed into iCloud, the app also keeps a copy in your own private iCloud database so the same graphs appear on your other devices. That copy is stored by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; the developer has no access to it and runs no servers. Turning off iCloud for Graphwright in Settings stops the sync. If iCloud backup is enabled, Apple may also include the app's data in your device backup.
Exports
When you use Copy or Share, the app places a text bundle on the clipboard or hands it to the iPadOS share sheet. What happens next is controlled by you and by the app you send it to. Graphwright does not see or record where an export goes.
What the app does not do
- No user accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
- No network requests other than iCloud sync through Apple's CloudKit, which only reaches your own account.
- No access to contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
Children
Graphwright is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If a future version adds a feature that sends data off the device, for example calling a language model from inside the app, this policy will be updated before that version ships and the effective date above will change.
